Investigation and Intelligence Courses

Delivered by subject matter experts with proven investigative experience in law enforcement our trainers are occupationally competent within all investigative, intelligence and interviewing disciplines. We offer an energetic and innovative approach to the delivery of our courses, which include:
- Level 3 Gathering and Using Information for an Ethical Investigation
The training is based on the core competency training for investigators, which covers the necessary understanding and skills required by individuals to operate as professional investigators.
- Level 3 Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE) Interview Course
Learners will understand key legislation relating to the interviewing of witnesses and suspects and will know how to plan and prepare for an interview. They will be able to conduct ethical and effective interviews with witnesses and will understand how to evaluate interviews to identify any further actions.
- Level 3 Specialist Intelligence Course
Learners will understand the legal and organisational requirements for intelligence specialists and will know how to gather and submit information; manage the information gathering and dissemination processes; how to maintain the integrity and security of the information; make judgements based on the information gathered and produce relevant reports and recommendations.
