Training, Assessment and Quality Assurance Services

We have experienced, skilled and accredited Trainers, Assessors and Internal Quality Assurers, who are available to offer freelance consultancy, training, assessment and internal assurance services on an ad hoc basis.

At Baron Training we have experience of working with a number of different awarding bodies especially within the Law Enforcement arena. We are also experienced at delivering QCF (Qualifications and Credit Framework) qualifications from level one up to level five. We have a very clear understanding of the processes involved in assessment and verification; we are flexible and adaptable, professional and approachable. Although we are based in the Midlands area, we have freelance trainers, assessors and IQA who are located throughout the UK.

Our service offers a comprehensive Lead Internal Quality Assurance consultancy service to educational and training organisations. As part of that service we are able to assess, evaluate and audit current assessment and internal quality assurance practices, we provide support and guidance via bespoke planning and development to meet the company’s requirements.

We can arrange CPD activities which lead to best practice in assessment, training and IQA. Help to identify areas of development and plan, organise and facilitate standardisation, and ongoing support.

We aim to meet the needs of the organisation we are working with by providing a bespoke package to meet the specific requirements of that company, removing stress and contributing to improving the overall quality of assessment and IQA procedures and practices and improving the learning experience for candidates.
