• It was the first input I have had in relation to this type of surveillance work other than viewing the odd camera etc under supervision, but the course was really good and covered everything well. The trainer was spot on and it all made sense with a good mix of theory and practical. It’s always a good course when the trainers still have their finger on the pulse rather than just being a trainer. The insight into jobs that have been carried out previously and the way they explained them helped it all sink in really well. The guest speaker, although heavy on the information side was a massive bonus and really helped me learn the ins and outs of the difficulties of the role and actually helped in the way I performed during the practical exercises. A really good course.
  
  Overall I thought the course was excellent. The content led us into the subject very gradually. The knowledge check was a bit daunting to start with. I felt the other content was very relevant, especially the exercises and debriefs. The trainers were very interesting and the delivery was good and varied.
